The price set by Kiteready is the best we can offer.

Unfortunately, there is no room for bargaining any better deal.

Orders, shipping, delivery

Process:

Place your order by specifying the desired items as well as your name and address at Kiteready.qc@gmail.com

DELIVERY by parcel-mail anywhere in Canada, amount charged according to the volume and weight of your order. 

All orders are made within a maximum of 72 hours after receipt of payment.

The total amount of your order plus QST-TPS taxes  are required before kiteready  place any order. 

All orders are shipped within a maximum of 72 hours after receipt of the material at Kiteready office from the supplier. 

The delivery time is between 1-3 weeks depending if the item is in stock, on the shipping region and postal traffic.

Kiteready is not responsible for the foreseeable delays of the manufacturer (supplier) when the item ordered is not in stock, but will do its utmost to reduce them as far as possible the total delay between your order and the reception of your equipment. The Covid19 situation is leading to much longer delays than normal during this period. We apologize.

It is possible to choose the pick-up method as the delivery method. To do this, specify in your order by email.

Item is available for pick up within 24 hours of receipt of the items. The pickup location is in Laval, Quebec, Canada.

When the order has been processed, an email is sent to notify you that your order is ready to be picked up. The indications as well as the exact address will be provided to you in the email.

Kiteready has for interest the satisfaction of its customers. If for any reason you wish to cancel an order or make a return, please contact customer service directly at kiteready.qc@gmail.com  A member of the team will be happy to explain the procedure to you.

 

Items must be in perfect condition, like new, except for defective products from stock.

 

In order to be eligible for reimbursement, they must therefore meet the criteria below:

 

  • Be in their original packaging, with the labels attached to the product

  • Be in their original state, neither used nor washed.

  • Be free of all odors, stains, animal hair or hair.

 

All returned items are rigorously inspected upon receipt.  

 

Kiteready reserves the right to refuse reimbursement for any items that do not meet the requirements mentioned above.

 

After acknowledging receipt of the package and verifying that the contents are in perfect condition, the return process will be initiated. Full refund will be issued upon receipt of the item at our premises. Allow up to ten business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.

Note that delivery charges are non-refundable.

Therefore, on each order, delivery costs according to weight and volume will be applicable.

It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the merchandise upon receipt.  

 

For a defective or damaged product, please contact customer service at  kiteready.qc@gmail.com  and attach photos of the damaged product to your return request. 

Your request will be processed as soon as possible and we will replace your item at no additional cost on your part.
